Tom has over 40 years of experience in public accounting and real estate, including several years as a partner with the “Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group”, the real estate arm of Ernst & Young LLP, a “Big Four” public accounting firm.

After a career including CFO of an operating business and some time at home raising children, Mary Ellen joined the firm in 2010 as CFO of the operating business and to develop and execute a strategy to develop and grow an outsourced accounting practice.
